Job Role
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually accounts of the vessels and reporting to vessels’ Owners.
- Preparation of OPEX Actual vs Budget reports.
- Vessels’ cash flow management.
- Suppliers’ invoices posting.
- Vessels’ cash accounts entries and bank reconciliation.
- MGA review and posting to general ledger.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the accounting department of a Shipping Company.
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office.
- Familiarity with ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.
- Initiative and ability to work both independently and as a team-member.
- Good organizational skills.
